Capable Life was founded by Steve and Lisa Cuss to help leaders manage the invisible dynamics that shape relationships, leadership, and wellbeing. Steve is a trauma and hospice chaplain and educated in Family Systems Theory. Lisa is a mental health clinician specialising in trauma and nervous system regulation. Together they bring together practical leadership development with deep psychological insight.

Through story, and guided reflection, they help women cultivate courage, clarity, and spiritual grounding for the long journey of leadership and life.
Founded by author, teacher, and leadership mentor Jenny Baxter, Soul Storyteller serves women who long to lead faithfully without losing themselves along the way.
Since 2018, Jenny has also led the Leading Light leadership cohort, supporting women through spiritual formation, reflective learning, and authentic community. Today, that legacy continues as part of Women Leaders Alliance.
